Madeline Lewis, Esq.

Madeline Lewis is a seasoned legal professional with over 20 years of experience in appellate advocacy, civil litigation, and administrative law. As an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Alabama, Madeline has consistently demonstrated exceptional character, communication skills, and sound judgment throughout her career.

In her current role at the Office of the General Counsel, Alabama Department of Human Resources, Madeline serves as a staff attorney handling administrative hearings, personnel hearings, and criminal cases brought by the department. She provides legal advice to county directors on a wide range of human resources and administrative law matters, including employment law, personnel and labor law, investigations, and information law. Madeline is actively involved in litigation proceedings and prosecutes fraud cases from indictment to post-conviction. Her dedication to her work is evidenced by her involvement in intellectually challenging legal issues involving juvenile and family law.

With her deep expertise, unwavering commitment, and outstanding track record, Madeline Lewis is a respected legal professional dedicated to upholding justice and serving the community.

Madeline is admitted to practice by the Alabama State Bar and is a member in good standing with the Alabama Bar Association. She is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of Alabama, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Middle Districts of Alabama.

Kimberly L. Cobb-Ray, J.D.

Kim Cobb Ray is a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience driving and supporting key community/nonprofit programs. She has demonstrated decisive executive leadership, managing budgets of up to $10M. As a focused director, Kim ensures alignment across finances, staff, projects, and communications to optimize resource utilization and advance missions and goals.

 

Kim excels in building lasting partnerships and establishing productive community relationships, effectively promoting awareness and securing critical funding. Kim is known for her out-of-the-box thinking, championing creative solutions to optimize programs, increase productivity, and achieve positive community outcomes. 

Kim currently serves as the Executive Director of the Community Action Committee, Inc. of Chambers-Tallapoosa-Coosa in Dadeville, AL since 2022. Prior to this, she held the position of Executive Director at the Northeast Florida Community Action Agency in Jacksonville, FL from 2020 to 2022, and at the Macon-Russell Community Action in Tuskegee, AL from 2018 to 2020. Earlier in her career, Kim served as a Senior Executive Assistant at the Montgomery Community Action Agency in Montgomery, AL from 2008 to 2018.

Kim graduated from the Birmingham School of Law in 2018 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Faulkner University in 2008. She is a proud graduate of Leadership Montgomery Class XXIII and actively volunteers in the community, serving as a board member for various organizations.

 

Kim currently resides in Auburn, Alabama and is the proud mother of her ten-year-old daughter, Nylah-Bleu N. Griffin.

Antonia Garrison

 Antonia Garrison, a dedicated individual, is driven by her love for Jesus and her passion for serving others.

 

With a Bachelor's degree from Troy University in 2010, she has embarked on a mission to promote positive mental health and support those in need through her nonprofit organization, No Mile 2 Tarry Inc, which focuses on suicide prevention.

 

Antonia is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated since 2019, where she continues to contribute to her community.

 

Currently, she devotes her time to serving veterans and their beneficiaries, making a difference in their lives.

Treasurer

AJ Stephens

AJ Stephens, a native of Birmingham, Alabama, has achieved remarkable success on an extraordinary journey. After graduating from Minor High School in 2014, he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2018.

AJ's career began in Communications, but he soon found his true calling in the banking industry. He rose swiftly from a part-time

teller in 2020 to becoming the first Assistant Branch Manager at Robertson Banking Company in 2021, making him the company's youngest manager. 

In 2022, AJ received the prestigious NextGenBHM in Money award from the Birmingham Business Journal, recognizing him as

a rising star in the finance industry. He later assumed the role of Vice President, Business Development Officer for Community Lending at Valley Bank, at the age of just 27. AJ excelled in expanding the bank's Alabama market presence, generating 59 new small business accounts with a cash value of $63,669.45 from

micro enterprises, along with a portfolio of 16 micro-loans totaling $280,000.00 during his short tenure of 9 months.

In addition to his professional commitments, AJ has been deeply engaged in community organizations such as The Junior Board for Girls Inc. of Central AL and Railroad Park Foundation, an ex-officio non-voting member of the United Way of Central AL, and the Rotaract Club of Birmingham.

 

AJ's journey is a testament to his dedication, leadership, and exceptional contributions in both the finance industry and the community.

Asim Walker, 

President/CEO

Retired United States Air Force

Asim J. Walker is the President/Chief Executive Officer of 3 Squared Technology Group, LLC. 

 

His career spans more than 28 years having served and retired from Active Duty in the United States Air Force as a Cyber Space Communications Operator, Program Manager, Project Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Information Systems Security Manager.

 

In addition to his honorable military service, Mr. Walker has provided high-quality management and Information Technology (IT) consulting services to multiple military organizations. 

Mr. Walker oversees the day-to-day operations of the 3 Squared Technology Group, LLC. These duties include providing vision, leadership and guidance in establishing the company’s short and long-term growth strategy. 

 

In his role as President/CEO, he is also responsible for the achievement of both tactical and strategic goals/objectives to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 

Mr. Walker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource and Technology Management and an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information System.

Margen Gadd Menefee

Margen Menefee grew up in Dallas, Texas, and graduated with a degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. After college Margen lived in Manhattan, New York, for several years, working in business marketing.

During her years in New York, Margen worked her way up from an entry-level marketing position to earn her seat overseeing the entire division of

small retailers for the company.

With A Servant's Heart - While in NYC, she volunteered with several nonprofits, including the Battered Women’s Resource Center and the VOICES annual fundraising gala. One of her favorite experiences in New

York was volunteering for the well-known 92nd Street Y lecture series. She returned to Dallas to work in real estate and merchandising. After a

serious car accident, she relocated to Montgomery, where her family and

maternal grandmother were from. Her grandmother, being the youngest

of eight children, provided

Margen with a large extended family that instilled love, loyalty, and service for and to Alabama.

 

With a background in corporate sales and marketing, her career expands over several industries including legal, renovation,

and a variety of industries and clients. She has served as the Director of Development for the United Way and is now the

Director of Corporate Engagement for the Heart of Alabama Food Bank.

Sharon Barganier, CRNP, FNP-C

Sharon Barganier has dedicated over 20 years to the field of healthcare, embarking on a journey that began as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) and has since evolved into her current role as a nurse practitioner (NP).

 

Her academic pursuits led her to obtain a Master of Science in Nursing from Auburn University, specializing in Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, where she graduated with academic honors and gained membership in esteemed organizations such as Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, Gamma Beta Phi Society, and Golden Key International Honor Society.

As the proprietor of Healthology Health & Wellness Clinic, Sharon is deeply committed to her mission of enhancing healthcare access for a diverse patient demographic, focusing on disease prevention and health promotion services.

 

An active member of prominent professional associations, including the Alabama Nurses Association (ANA), American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Nurse Practitioner Alliance of Alabama (NPAA), and the River Region Nurse Practitioner organization, Sharon exemplifies a dedication to ongoing professionalism, education, and leadership within the nursing community.

Kevin Rolle, Ph.D

Dr. Kevin Arthur Rolle serves as the Chief of Staff at Alabama State University. 

 

As an ambassador for the president, he provides specialized services and support, set the tone for communicating  to internal and external stakeholders, provides leadership, direction and executive oversight in accordance with all accreditation, regulatory, and governmental standards, and works closely with the Board of Trustees and manages a staff of Vice Presidents and Directors. 

He has more than 30 years of progressive administrative experience in higher education.

 

Prior to joining ASU, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operation Officer at Alabama A&M University and a full tenured professor of Educational Leadership/Urban Affairs.

Dr. Rolle received a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation in August 1984 and subsequently received a Master of Science degree in Leisure and Recreational Services and 30+ hours in Public Administration at Southern University. He earned his Doctorate of Philosophy degree from Colorado State University (Fort Collins, Colorado) in May 1998 in Education and Human Resource Studies.

everyone in business. He was given the “King of Scaling People” title because his goal is to increase the worth of individuals nationwide with programs tailored specifically to meet and exceed their revenue
goals. 

 

He is the CEO and Founder of Onmi1 Marketing Solutions, an all-in-one sales and marketing platform with the goal of helping businesses earn more money, save time by automating repetitive and redundant tasks all while saving money by combining all their technology subscriptions into one platform.

He is the author of the book, How to Scale You: Build a Brand, Leverage Marketing and Skyrocket Sales. Since 2007, Gilberto has worked with over 2000 individuals, Fortune 500 companies, and has assisted
thousands to take their mastery to the masses allowing him to build partnership with Google through their Grow with Google Program to provide free Training and Tools to businesses in business and finance.

He has been featured in CBS, NBC, Fox News, Miami News, and Houston Weekly News. His greatest rewards come from serving the community. He serves as the President of the Hispanic Interest Coalition of Alabama and sits on the board of the AG Gaston Boys and Girls Club.
